Contracting
Paid plans are managed from Plans in the application. Billing is processed with Stripe (checkout or customer portal depending on the flow).
Product terms
Before contracting certain plans you must accept the product terms after reading them. The current text is at /terms.
Plan changes
Upgrades or downgrades may generate prorations or invoices according to Stripe rules and the current cycle. Always review the summary shown before confirming.
Payment methods and issues
Update your card or payment method from the billing portal linked from your profile. If a payment fails, the app may show past_due status and ask you to fix the payment method.
Organizations
If you belong to an organization, billing for the shared workspace may be centralized: in that case the personal plan from the app may not be available.
